Come along to the athletics track Tuesday from 5pm to help ready the facilities for competition.
Tasks needed completing (byo tools):

Shovelling and barrowing sand to the jump pits Pressure wash and rake runways Clean up and tidy around the pavillion – weeding, sweeping, etc. Check event equipment, and trollies for readiness Check and clean kitchen, toilets If you can help for a bit, it would be greatly appreciated.
